We are based in Maddington and service all surrounding suburbs across Perth — including Gosnells, Thornlie, Canning Vale, Cannington, Victoria Park, Como, Applecross, Bull Creek and Subiaco. If you're not sure, just ask.

How much does a clean cost?

Residential cleans start from $55/hour. End-of-lease cleans start from $349 and deep cleans from $249. Every quote is tailored to your space, so the best thing is a quick chat — we'll send a fixed quote within 24 hours.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry $20m public liability insurance, and every team member is police-checked and reference-backed.

What products do you use?

By default we use premium plant-based, low-tox products that are safe for children, pets, marble, timber and natural stone. If you'd prefer we use specific products of your own, we're more than happy to.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

Not at all. Most of our clients give us a key or door code. We are fully insured and police-checked, and we lock up exactly as we found things.

What if I'm not happy with my clean?

Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back to put anything right at no charge — that's our standard. Your satisfaction is the whole point.

Do you guarantee bond back on end-of-lease cleans?

Yes. Our end-of-lease cleans come with a 100% bond-back guarantee. If your property manager flags anything related to our clean within 72 hours, we return to fix it free of charge.

Can I book a one-off clean?

Absolutely. Many of our clients start with a one-off deep clean before deciding on a regular schedule.

How do I pay?

Bank transfer or credit card after the clean. We email you a clear, itemised invoice on the same day.

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

For regular residential cleans, usually 1–2 weeks. For end-of-lease and deep cleans during peak periods (Dec–Feb), we recommend 2–3 weeks. Same-week availability does come up — call us and we'll do our best.
